i found the staff very helpful and polite. the hotel's location is great as it is close to many bars and restaurants.. pigalle metro station is only a 5-minute walk away.

The location was convenient. A metro station was nearby. This made travel easy. The staff at reception were helpful. They were friendly. The room was clean each day. I found this very convenient.

The staff was fantastic, very friendly. My room had windows that open. I liked being close to other friends.
The pictures from online were very far from reality concerning size. The rooms in person were too small. I found the bathroom to be tiny.

the hotel location allowed easy access to metro lines. i found many restaurants and a mini market nearby. the breakfast buffet offered a good selection (i liked the pastries). the air conditioning worked very efficiently .
the bathroom door had a slight issue closing completely.

the location proved excellent with convenient metro access. our superior double or twin room was very comfy and tidy. housekeeping provided daily service, replacing towels and tidying the space. the staff was very helpful with directions and local recommendations.
It barely fit two people with luggage.
